This place was really cool. The staff at the bar were so friendly and welcoming. The games were fun and it was surprisingly empty for a Saturday night so we could pretty much play anything we wanted without any waiting. They had a big variety of classic arcade games, old consoles set up, and pin ball machines. It was more fun just paying a cover and not worrying about paying for games. Will definitely be going back.

Life Bar Arcade is a fantastic spot to spend an evening with friends. The cyberpunk-inspired aesthetic gives the whole place a unique atmosphere, and there’s plenty to do. I had a great time playing pinball, especially the John Wick and Johnny Mnemonic machines. My friend and I also beat House of the Dead 2 together, which was a highlight of the night and brought back some great arcade memories. One thing I really liked is that the venue has multiple spaces with different vibes. We spent some time hanging out with friends in the Fallout Vault, which was a cool change of pace from the main bar area. Between the arcade games, pinball selection, themed spaces, and friendly atmosphere, Life Bar Arcade is an easy recommendation. We’re looking forward to coming back for karaoke night.

This is very new. They’re located in an area where there are many restaurants. Pro-tip: Eat at one of the restaurants next door then go inside the arcade. I know it’s common sense, but you would be surprised by the people complaining about the food prices at the arcade. If you choose to eat, there are tables to dine at. There’s a $20 cover fee. After going inside, I feel like $20 is too much. From their social media, I expected way more games. For the old video game consoles, they could add more games for each one. I was surprised to see only one playable game on the PS3 and Xbox. Galloping Ghost is $25 and they have a ton more games to play. That’s why I feel like the cover charge should be cheaper, like $15 max. Parking, you can find a spot especially on a Saturday night since it’s a shared parking lot. We went on a Saturday. They had a live band which was cool. There are arcade games behind the bar. There’s a couch and a big screen by the old video game consoles. They were playing sports on that TV but I believe that’s wasted potential. They should have the Wii hooked up to that. I hope they do well. It’s a fun place with a decent amount of games at set to free play. And the esthetics are beautiful. The $20 cover charge feels a bit steep unless you’re planning on investing a good amount of time playing games. They do have live music on weekends, I’ll be back.

This is EXACTLY what this area desperately needed! A nightlife alternative with real video gaming (not slot machines!), quality music, a bartender that knows his craft, and a true, passionate love is the art form that is video games! Myra greeted us at the door with bright energy and true gamer swag in the form of an entry rope woven lovingly of used game peripherals; Wednesday night was buy-one-get-one, so my buddy and I decided to celebrate with a few drinks thanks to the saved money. Let's start with the arcade: not only are the cabinets in terrific condition, but the controls, toggles, and buttons are all responsive too. The crew were fixing a Johnny Mnemonic pinball machine when I walked in, and I kid you not, the guy finished the repair, closed it, and had it running by the time I finished the excellent hard cider the bartender Mark had recommended me. We played a few rounds of pinball before we started feeling trigger-happy, so we switched up to Time Crisis 3 and House of the Dead 2, a couple real classics.
